In person training

  • 2 sessions $90.00

    Two, 1-hour personal training sessions with optional cardio and core work. This package includes one upper body workout and one lower body workout. Ideal for new gym members to become familiar with lifting weights, to advanced gym members who want help with form or just need to change up their current programming!

  • 4 sessions $160.00

    Four, 1-hour personal training sessions with optional cardio and core work. This packages includes two upper body and two lower body workouts (split into compound lifts and accessory lifts). Ideal for new to mid level gym members to learn the structuring of lifting programs and how to use gym equipment effectively.

  • 8 sessions $300.00

    Eight, 1-hour personal training sessions with optional cardio and core work. This package includes a progressive style workout program where the focus is increasing strength in both upper and lower body. Ideal for new through advanced gym members. Sessions and overall program will be designed to the individual client.

** At this time, in person training is limited to AllTime Fitness gym members only.

How virtual coaching works

We develop a custom program based on your goals and available home gym equipment or access to gym. We cover how to complete each exercise and will supply video tutorial links to walk you through the process.

Each week you complete the workouts assigned and track your progress. At the end of each week we will review your results, make adjustments, and provide any additional recommendations. Your workouts will progress to push you to the next level!

Virtual training packages

  • One-time program $50.00

    Includes a one-time exercise program based on the answers provided on the Lifestyle & Health History Questionnaire. Program split will include upper, lower, and full body workouts. This package does not include macronutrient target numbers, check-ins, tracker, or any form of accountability or support.

  • 1 month $100.00

    Customized weekly programming and macronutrient counts based on the answers provided on the Lifestyle & Health History Questionnaire. Package includes one exercise program and macronutrient targets specifically designed to fit the client. Support, accountability, and weekly check-ins via email are also included to adjust as needed and ensure goals are being met!

  • 3 months $250.00 ($50.00 savings!)

    Customized weekly programming and macronutrient counts based on the answers provided on the Lifestyle & Health History Questionnaire. Package includes two exercise programs (2nd program will be provided at the 6-week mark) and macronutrient targets specifically designed to fit the client. Support, accountability, and weekly or bi-weekly check-ins via email are also included to adjust as needed and ensure goals are being met!

  • 6 months $425.00 ($75.00 savings!)

    Customized weekly programming and macronutrient counts based on the answers provided on the Lifestyle & Health History Questionnaire. Package includes multiple exercise programs and macronutrient targets throughout the 6-month period, specifically designed to fit the client. Support, accountability, and weekly or bi-weekly check-ins via email are also included to adjust as needed and ensure goals are being met!
