I am a busy, working mom who got plump and very out of shape. I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to going to the gym, and find it much more manageable and convenient to work out at home. Steph wrote me a very detailed workout plan along with links to videos demonstrating how to properly do each move. The plan is very easy to follow, and clearly tailored to me specifically. There was a move I was uncomfortable doing, so Steph helped me find an alternative move that worked the same muscles and worked better for my body. Steph also worked with my weight and lifestyle and calculated what my specific macro intake should be each day. She also provided a comprehensive list of foods/meals that work within that plan. Unlike so many "diet and exercise" plans you see online that take your money and give you their one-size-fits-all plan, Steph will create a plan made just for YOU. She then checks in often and makes herself available at all hours to answer any questions, help with moves, tweak your plan, MOTIVATE you and celebrate your progress along the way!
